It has been the best thing for Will and I. And we are now getting our kids to do it. Nothing better then having people cheer you on when you don't think you can go anymore. I have learned that you will give up before they let you. I have lost 16 pounds and am showing muscle now. I just did a personal record of 100# over head squat. Berfore it was only 75#. Will is accomplishing several of the harder moves with crossfit. It has helped heal and srengthen his shoulder from where he fell on it this past winter.
