I am finally getting around to setting up this blog. (UNDER CONSTRUCTION) I am very excited to put this together and share the happenings in the Mackintosh Family. Kids are growing so much. And my oldest is taller then Will and I. Will and I are doing very good and have lots of plans for our future. As soon as I can get this up and going I will fill everyone in. Woohoo!!

Crossfit

Everyone needs to know about Crossfit! If you have not tried it then you are missing out. Check out these links www.crossfit.com and www.vikingcrossfit.blogspot.com (our gym we go to) . It has been the best thing for Will and I. And we are now getting our kids to do it. Nothing better then having people cheer you on when you don't think you can go anymore. I have learned that you will give up before they let you. I have lost 16 pounds and am showing muscle now. I just did a personal record of 100# over head squat. Berfore it was only 75#. Will is accomplishing several of the harder moves with crossfit. It has helped heal and srengthen his shoulder from where he fell on it this past winter. I will post pics and stuff from crossfit as I get them. Go Crossfit! Woop Woop!
