Happenings of our Family

Well school is out and summer has officially started. Kids are climbing the walls and ready to go here and there.
William- He is growing like a weed and is now taller then Will and I. He is attending summer school to do some catching up. Luckily it only last about a month so his summer will not be completely wasted. He is actually a really good teenager. I just can't believe how much time has flown past. I can't believe he is going to be in 9th grade. He asked if he kept his grades up if he could get in to wrestling next year. He asked his advisor what classes he needed to take to get on the swat team. So she gave him a list to work towards that goal. Antonio- He is still such a good boy! Loves his big brother and cannot stand to be away from him. He really looks up to William. We always have to remind William he is Antonios example. He did very well in school this year like always. Can you believe he is going to Jr High! My baby is growing up. I know he pays attention in class, because he always comes home excited to talk about it. He is outside everyday learning how to ride his skate board. He wants to be a air force pilot when he gets out of school. So we went to the air force center and they gave him posters to hang in his room to keep him excited.
(Get it Troll under Bridge ha ha ha)

Miss Marian- Where do I start with her. Is it possible that even though she is only 9 years old that I swear she creates the drama of a 16 year old? She thinks she is the boss. And knows if she does something wrong that she can run to daddy. Drives me crazy that she knows how to work the system. :) And of course daddy gives in to her. But she loves to lay around and read and play outside with her friends. She loves school and I hope she continues to. She is my straight "A" kid. She is doing competition cheer and wants to become a fashion designer when she gets older. We have been buying her books and kits on designing clothes. And she really does have a talent for it. A few weeks ago we took her in to get her hair cut. Her hair was almost to her bum. But daddy finally gave in and let her cut it off. (donated hair to locks of love) The first thing she tells the lady was that her dad was going to cry. It was very funny. So now her hair is above her shoulders and she looks really cute. I can't believe Will let her dance with this boy. (he took the pic) The other day we caught her sneaking waves to this boy at Walmart. I started laughing and Will said I am glad you think it is funny. I feel sorry for her. ha ha ha Oh yeah Marian will be going in 4th grade.

Jose- He keeps this family very entertained and I know everyone will agree with that. Everytime I come home from work I am greeted with "hey gorgeous". It cracks me up. He is one of those kids that will say the funniest things and you don't know where he gets it from. I could tell you a long list of stories. Well I am sure everyone knows what he wants to be when he grows up..... Firefighter! Firefighter! If we ever hear firetrucks going down the road we have to tell him to get back in the house. Because he will run down the street and try to follow them. I am sure the Lehi Fire Fighters are getting to know him and look for him. I can't believe my baby is going to be in 2nd grade. He is for sure a mommas boy.

Then there is the sexiest Fireman ever. He is loving his job every minute. They are going to move them as of July 1st to 48 hour shifts. That will take some getting use to. He has several part time jobs that also deal with fire fighting etc. He really works hard for this family. And is the best Husband and Father that we could ask for. He is now a certified Crossfit trainer. He has all the guys on his crew now doing Crossfit. Its nice because if we can't get to the gym he can spot me here at home. My own personal trainer. ;) For fathers day I got one of my friends son to come in and graffiti the Crossfit pukey clown on his weight room wall. He loved it!! He wants to knock down walls to make his room bigger so Mike can come in and paint some more. lol

As far as me I am now working at the Utah Fire Academy. I am loving my job. I have the greatest people to work with. I am learning so much and it is helping me become familiar more with Wills job and what he does. I am also going to Crossfit pretty much everyday. I have lost 16 pounds and have gained lots of muscle. And you can even see it. hee hee Never in a million years did I think I would see muscles on me. We are doing lots of hiking together as a family. And Will and I try to go on dates every weekend we can. I love this family and could not ask for a better one.
